DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN PERU

Assistance with your arrival in the Jorge Chávez International Airport in Lima and transport to the hotel to spend the night.

DAY 2: LIMA - CITY TOUR – PARACAS   (B-WL)

City Tour in the morning, visiting  the Plaza San Martín, the main Plaza of Lima, the Government Palace, Basílica Catedral, Archbishop’s Palace, Municipal Palace, Convent and Church of San Francisco and the famous Catacombs. In the evening we leave for the city of Paracas, installation in the hotel. Spend the night.

DAY 3: ISLANDS BALLESTAS - ICA – NASCA   (B)

In the morning we visit the Islands of Ballestas, where we see the Sealions, pelicans, penguins, guana birds and the Canofabro. We leave the city of Ica and visit the vineyards and then leave for the city of Nasca where we go to our hotel where we shall spend the night.

DAY 4: NAsCA LINES – AQUADUCTS AND WALLS – AREQUIPA   (B-LB)

In the morning we fly over the Nasca Lines, after which we visit the aquaducts of Cantalloc and Paredones, in the evening we leave for the city of Arequipa. On our arrival in the city we make our way to the hotel where we spend the evening.

DAY 5: AREQUIPA - CITY TOUR – MONASTARY OF SANTA CATALINA   (B-BL) 

City Tour in the morning around the city of Arequipa, visiting the Mirador of Carmin Alto, Mirador of Yanahuara, it’s main square and church, the Plaza de Armas, the Cathedral, the Church of the Company of Jesus and the Monastery of Santa Catalina. Stay the night.

DAY 6: AREQUIPA - COUNTRYSIDE TOUR   (B)   “YOU CHOOSE” 

Countryside Tour of the city of Arequipa, visiting the Iron Bridge, Incalpaca factory, the Mirador of Sachaca, Mansion of the Founder, Mill of Sabandia and finally the terraces of Paucarpata. In the afternoon there is time to relax and we spend the night in Arequipa.

DAY 7: COLCA CANYON – THERMAL BATHS – FOLKLORE SHOW   (B-BL)

Tour of Colca Canyon, we pass by the Nacional Reserve of Salinas and Aguada Blanca habitat of vicuñas and alpacas; appreciating the fauna y flora of the higher andes, the Mirador of the Volcanoes. Arrival in Chivay and installation in our hotel. In the afternoon a visit to the thermal medicinal baths of La Calera. A night with a folklore show before passing the night in the hotel.

DAY 8: CROSS OF THE CONDOR – TRADITIONAL TOWNS - SILLUSTANI – PUNO   (B-BL)

Very early we leave for the Mirador at the Cross of the Condor, here you can appreciate the condors in their majestic flight, we return to Chivay passing through some traditional towns, the Hanging Tombs, the Litomaqueta. In the evening we carry on to the city of Puno, during the journey we visit the Chullpas of Sillustani, the Lake Umayo. We arrive in Puno to spend the night.

LAKE TITICACA - UROS AND TAQUILE   (B-TL)

Tour in the morning of the floating Islands of Uros and the island Taquile, we get to meet the people and experience a little of their culture.  In the evening we return to Puno to spend the night.

DAY 10: TOURISTIC JOURNEY MANCO CAPAC: PUNO – CUSCO   (B-BL)

Tour of the route from Puno a Cusco, we can apreciate the Raya (Knot of the Range of the Andes), Raqchi (Temple of the god Wiracocha), Andahuaylillas (The Cistine of America), arriving in Cusco where we go straight to our hotel.

DAY 11: CUSCO - CITY TOUR AND NEARBY RUINS   (B)   “YOU CHOOSE” 

City Tour in the city of Cusco, visiting the Main Plaza, the Temple of the Sun or Korikancha, Tambomachay, Puca pucara, Kinko and Sacsayhuaman. Return to the hotel.

DAY 12: SACRED VALLEYY OF THE INCAS   (B-BL)

Tour of the Sacred Valleyy, centre of incan richness, visiting the archaeological centre of Pisac and it’s Artesan market, Urubamba, fort and town of Ollantaytambo, town of Chincheros and church.  Return to Cusco. 

DAY 13: TRAIN – MACHUPICCHU – AGUAS CALIENTES   (B)

Departure in train to Aguas Calientes, closest town to the ancient city of Machupicchu, installation in the hotel, and departure in bus to Machupicchu, one of the New 7 Wonders of the World, appreciating all the magic of the ancient city: the Principle Plaza, Circular Tower, the Sacred Sun Clock, the 4 Royals, and personal time to enjoy a walk around the city, transfer to the hotel. Spend the night.

DAY 14: AGUAS CALIENTES – CUSCO   (B)

Excellent opportunity to get up early and observe a beautiful dawn and jaunt around Aguas Calientes. Optionally you could visit the Thermal Baths. In the afternoon we return by train to Cusco. Transfer to the hotel. Spend the night

DAY 15: FESTIVAL OF THE SUN - INTI RAYMI   (B-LB) 

In the morning transfer to the Temple of Korikancha, where the celebration of Inti Raymi starts, later transfer to Sacsayhuaman where the most beautiful festival in all of Pre-Colombian America takes place. In the afternoon we return to the hotel and spend the night.

DAY 16: CUSCO – LIMA   (B-SD)   “YOU CHOOSE”

Transfer to the airport to the destination of the city of Lima.  Arrival and hotel transfer.  Special dinner, courtesy of Cumbres Andinas. 

DAY 17: DEPARTURE   (B)

Transfer to the Jorge Chávez Inernational airport at the indicated tour to take the outward bound flight.
